Open galleryMenjangan Island
Menjangan Island sits between the islands of Bali and Java. Approximately an hours drive from the hotel along the quiet and colourful north Bali Island road. Menjangan Island is set in the Bali Barat National Park, and is home to a number of Hindu Temples. Whilst the Island itself is nothing too special, the seas and corals that surround it are magnificent. If you think that the Australian Great Barrier Reef is special, just wait until you quietly glide over the corals and tropical fish which abound off this island.
Singaraja
During the Dutch occupation, Singaraja was Bali's main port. But now the traffic has moved south, leaving the area in peace. Culturally distinctive, Singaraja retains a colonial feel to its etscape.
The local markets, just off the main street, are a must see when in Singaraja.
